Hi all!

I am a 27 year old male from Ontario, Canada, and I love television. I love watching it, talking about it, and reading about it.

This blog was created to talk about the change in the television business, with a particular view on how it effects Canadians.  Stories about changing technologies being used for internet viewing, as well as alternate modes of consumption (iPods etc) will also be discussed.  I am a huge fan of the Joost Project, even though I personally cannot seem to get any of its channels to work right now (major flaw in the system seems to have knocked many users offline) and even if I could, as a Canadian, my content is limited to… well quite frankly, stuff no one cares about.

The blog will talk about people that are producing content online, and about how the internet is changing the very way content is produced.

I hope this blog will be a unique and credible voice.  I plan on including my opinion in my entries, but to always present the stories first in an unbiased way.  I also plan on crediting my sources so people can read more, and also so they know I am not just pulling these ‘facts and figures’ out of my ass.

I hope you enjoy the blog, and that you will read it often.

I also hope to get slashdotted one day… oh yes…

How the heck do you get any CTV programs to work?

I load the page and the area where the video should load is blank and never shows anything, not loading, just empty.

This isent a new Ubuntu installation and any other video works, no problem, youtube, dailymotion, flash videos, you name, they all work just fine.

    Ctv doesnt!!!

P.S. you dont seem to have an email address on ur site so I thought I would post here.
